Autonomous Systems Policy Institute named an inaugural member of U.S. AI Safety Institute Consortium

The consortium includes more than 200 leading AI stakeholders and will support the U.S. AI Safety Institute at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

The Autonomous Systems Policy Institute (ASPI), housed in the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, recently launched the Academic Alliance for AI Policy—a multi-university academic advisory body formed to serve as a resource for lawmakers, policymakers and others seeking to regulate and better understand AI.
